About Festival Accès Asie
Festival Accès Asie is an interdisciplinary, intercultural and intergenerational festival that has been celebrating Asian heritage month in Montreal every year since 1995. It amplifies the voices and practices of artists from the Asian continent and its diaspora working in a wide array of disciplines, including performing arts, visual and media arts, literary arts, interdisciplinary arts, and culinary arts.

28 years - Festival Accès Asie celebrates its 28th edition in 2023, remaining the oldest Canadian-Asian multidisciplinary arts festival
More than 20 countries - The Festival has presented artists of Asian origin from more than 20 different countries including East Asia (Japan, China, Korea); Southeast Asia (Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore); South Asia (Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka); Central & Middle Eastern Asia (Turkey, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan and Armenia).
1000 artists - To date, it has presented works of over 1000 artists of Asian origin from various disciplines.
