The Festival is Looking to Fill Two Positions!

Festival Accès Asie is seeking two motivated and dynamic individuals for two positions:

– Executive Assistant (January 11 to August 6, 2027) ;
– Communications Assistant (January 25 janvier to September 24, 2027).

These are two full-time, temporary positions under the Emploi Québec wage subsidy program (work experience component)

Recruitment Conditions
– Application deadline: November 20, 2027;
– Start date: January 11 or 25, 2027;
– Must be eligible for the Emploi Québec subsidy, work experience component (unemployed or on unemployment insurance) and obtain a valid wage subsidy letter from Services Québec;
– Temporary contract for 30 or 34 weeks at 35 hours/week;
– Compensation at an hourly rate of $20,50;
– Office located at 1200 Bleury St. in downtown Montreal. Hybrid mode, including in-person and remote work;
– The position requires the ability to work weekends and evenings during festival periods;
